Mohamed Mekawy
A Visionary Entrepreneur Committed to Growth and Excellence Mekawy, a Civil Engineering graduate from Helwan University, was born on December 3, 1986. His journey in the engineering field began at an impressively young age in 2002, with his first project being the Damietta–New Damietta road. His passion for the industry started even before he joined university, instilling in him a strong sense of self-reliance and responsibility early on. By 2007, Mohamed took a major step forward by founding Al-Mekawy Trading and General Contracting, where he applied his growing expertise and dedication. Through his work, he formed partnerships with major companies like Hassan Allam, eventually becoming the youngest certified contractor for them. Mohamed became known for his “fast track” approach, delivering projects with the highest quality in the shortest possible time. In 2013, driven by his vision for expansion, he co-founded iBuild with a close friend. Together, they completed over 150 architectural projects both within Egypt and abroad, in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, leaving a significant impact on every project they undertook. Continuing his journey of innovation and growth, Mohamed went on to establish Majesty Real Estate Development, marking yet another milestone in his professional life. Mekawy’s career reflects a continuous commitment to growth, both personally and professionally, always striving to push boundaries and create lasting value in the field of real estate and construction.
